How? well google docs is free and has what microsoft office has, well not all of its features but it has what people use the most like word, exel, powerpoint, forms and a couple of others. Plus workers can have access to their work from anywhere.

YouTube can be a big help for a business. How? Now in todays videos what YouTube does is it adds ads before the video starts to play. And sense YouTube is one of the biggest video hosting sites in the internet alot of people will know or at least heard of the company or business.
